You can design a form with a large variety of questioning formats, from simple tick-boxes and "free text" input, through to response limited questioning eg "pick one from the following list". You have full control over the colour scheme and can use images to illustrate your questionnaire. Once you are happy with your design you will be emailed a link which you simply copy & paste into an email to your targeted survey audience. The results of your survey are displayed in a table which can easily be copied into other applications eg, MS Excel for analysis & presentation.
